Trico Products

Trico Products -- the world's largest wiper blade manufacturer -- has depended on IIS for support of its marketing and sales programs since 1992.

IIS stores Trico marketing literature, point of sale materials, displays and premiums. Trico staff, sales reps, and rep agents place orders using the IIS on-line order entry system. A dedicated toll-free number is also available to Trico for personalized customer assistance.

In addition to providing literature fulfillment services for Trico, IIS also assembles displays, builds POP kits, supports trade show requests, and handles consumer rebate programs.

Unifrax

Unifrax Corporation, a global manufacturer of high temperature insulation products for industrial applications, has been an IIS customer since 1992.

Working with the marketing group at Unifrax corporate headquarters in Niagara Falls, NY, IIS provides a range of services:

• Warehousing of all Unifrax marketing literature, product capability brochures, and product samples.
  
• Fulfilling orders placed by Unifrax sales reps and engineers. These orders for literature and samples are shipped to domestic and foreign customers daily.
  
• Collation of 28 different product binders and folders that require continual and careful updating of technical inserts.
  
• Lead management: IIS generates custom letters as follow-up to trade show leads and magazine leads, and provides reports of lead data and sources to Unifrax management.
  

Sorrento Cheese

Sorrento Cheese has been an IIS customer since 1993. Sorrento produces Italian cheeses and markets them to the U.S. retail and food service industries. Located in Western New York, Sorrento is part of Groupe Lactalis, the second largest dairy company in the world.

IIS warehouses Sorrento sales materials and premium items. On request, IIS assembles marketing kits for food brokers. IIS manages over 400 items for Sorrento, and processes sales rep and broker orders for items in this inventory daily.

Sorrento sponsors several annual festivals in cities around the United States. IIS warehouses and maintains the infrastructure needed for these events: the on-site display booths, banners, signs, supplies and tools. IIS coordinates the on-site delivery and pickup at each event, and maintains and ships the character costumes Sorrento uses at the events.

Scholastic

Scholastic Corporation is the largest publisher and distributor of children's books in the world, and a leader in educational technology and children's media.

The Parent & Child Media Division reaches out to parents and educators on-line and through various print publications. Since 2001 IIS has assisted Scholastic during these projects by:

• Setting up business reply cards.
  
• Collecting reader response cards.
  
• Tracking of data.
  
• Distribution of books to qualified participants.
  
• Generating post-project reports for Scholastic and their marketing partners with analysis and tallies of responses.
