Literature fulfillment

Let us manage your internal marketing literature. We will maintain the literature in our warehouse, take orders from your sales reps and dealers, and ship the literature to them. Sales reps and dealers can use our Internet order entry system (customized for your business), or place orders by phone, fax, or email.

Direct to customer fulfillment

And when you need to ship products directly to consumers, we can handle that too. We will process customer orders and ship product directly from our 30,000 square foot warehouse.

e-Commerce Fulfillment

Your eCommerce web site is up and running. Your customers' shopping carts are full. Let IIS take care of delivering the orders.

We will integrate your eCommerce system with our order fulfillment expertise. We'll warehouse your products, receive orders from your web site's shopping carts, do the needed pick/pack, ship the packages, and give you inventory control reports.

And we will manage your returns: issue RMA numbers and call tags, inspect returned items, and follow your policy concerning disposition of returned items.

We can also work with you to develop efficient and economical solutions for packaging and shipping.

Direct Mail Service

Let us handle the details of getting your direct mail piece sent out. Give us your mailing list, and here's what we will do for you:
  • We will repair incorrect addresses using USPS-approved software that has been CASS certified (Coding Accuracy Support System).
  • We will clean your list to eliminate duplicates.
  • We will apply NCOA (National Change of Address) data to identify and correct addresses that have changed.
  • We will store and print your PDF documents when needed.
  • Based on your volume and needs, we can save you money on postage to Canada and other countries.
 

Warehousing/Distribution

We inspect every shipment we receive from you, verify quantities, and hold for future orders. Our 100,000 square foot warehouse is secured with a fully monitored motion detection system, and provides a clean, dry, temperature-controlled environment for your products and materials.
 

Lead Processing

After you return from a trade show, send the leads to us. We will do the data entry, send custom letters to your prospects, deliver the lead database to you, and keep a copy for use in future mailings.
 

Consumer Data Services

If you insert reader survey cards in magazines, let us process them. Cards will be mailed directly to us, and we will data-enter the information. When the promotion ends, we will deliver the database, with tallies, to you. We will also take care of shipping out any associated thank-you items to consumers.
 

Customer Support Lines

Our account specialists will answer the phone (toll-free in-bound lines) with your company name. They will take orders, facilitate returns, respond to requests for rush turnaround, special processing, and whatever else you and your customers require.
 

Returns & Inspections

We will manage your returns. We'll issue RMA numbers and call tags (including return labels that your customers can print online). When the returned items arrive, we will inspect them for damage and follow your return policy: return items to stock, return them to you, or whatever your return policy specifies.
